Easy to use website. Order was held because shipping address was different than billing address.i happen to call to find out how soon a customized order took to ship. Customer service said they sent email but I did not see it. She got the confirmation she needed and pushed the order thru. It shipped that day. Very nice customer service person. Change this rule as other websites do not have this requirement.
