Even though I know Redding Medical must be overwhelmed with orders during this time, I received absolutely exceptional service and wanted to make sure it was recognized.I placed my order on a Saturday night. First thing Monday morning, I was contacted by an incredibly friendly representative who apologetically let me know that the exact pulse ox I ordered was out of stock. However, she was able to suggest an upgraded version of the product which happened to be on sale for less than the what the original was going to cost. With that resolved, my order and refund were processed immediately, and I received the product within the promised timeframe. I’m so impressed with this company’s customer service, especially given the the high demand for medical products right now. Can’t recommend them enough.
