The reason I only gave four stars is because of a few small issues I have had. One is that when a medication is low and the machine displayed that prompt it did not dispense any medication for that doseing time . Another thing is that when a medication is empty the loading door opens automatically allowing access of all medications to anyone. Another issue I have experienced is that when a notification screen displayed for example a missed dose or a medication is about to expire , that notification screen stays visible and I have yet to figure out how to clear it. So I guess the two things I have the most concerns about are the not dispinseing the dose and the auto opening of the door. If not for those two things I would definitely give 5 stars.
