It was shipped quickly but difficult to get the diaphragm and ring on my Littmann Cardiology II SE stethoscope. Heating the ring in very hot water did the trick. It was difficult to find a diaphragm for my stethoscope as it is 20 years old. But it's quality can't be beat. The docs were always borrowing mine.
