This was my first time ordering from Redding Medical, and my purchase was a gift for a family member. I was not impressed with website as far as seeing the engraving order and how it was going to look. One has to sign off on font chosen and spelling without being able to see the differences. When the item arrived I actually couldn’t find the engraving it was so small and font color was the same as item name. It was not worth the extra $. My shipping was upgraded which was very nice of them. That I did appreciate. Don’t bother to pay for engraving!
