I ordered my new stethoscope on line. The next day, I received a call from a very pleasant lady from Redding Medical. She told me that the stethoscope I had ordered was no longer available in black, just red or blue. She told me how much it would cost to upgrade to a fancier model, in black. The next day, I got an invoice for the cost of the upgrade, and the day after that my beautiful new stethoscope arrived. I could not be happier with my new Littmann 3200 nor with the service at Redding Medical.
