Soon after placing my order for a stethoscope for nursing school, I got a call saying it was backordered but they would be shipping it very soon, along with my penlight and scissors. Even with the delay, I believe that my order was processed very quickly and got to my house much sooner than I expected. I appreciated the phone call from them in regards to the status of my order. They were very professional and the service was quick. I love the rainbow head on my stethoscope! I would definitely order from them again!
