Ordering from the website was very easy, easy to navigate and find what you need. There were many options for everything I wanted which made the selection process a little more fun. The company called me the next day to tell me one item I purchased was out of stock in the color I wanted, but told me it would be back in stock the next day. Calling the company was easy, no automated voice machine to get through to talk to someone. When I spoke with a CSR on the phone she was very friendly.
