Excellent service! My stethoscope was shipped the next day I ordered. When there was a slight dilemma from Fedex because they don’t deliver to a P.O. BOX address, I emailed the customer service of Redding Medical and a few hours later I got a call from them to clear up the problem and they contacted Fedex themselves and made sure that they would deliver my order to the right address and on time. The customer service personnel was very polite and prompt. The stethoscope was as expected. They did the name engraving beautifully! I also compared the price to other sites and this is the most competitive one. Would buy from them again in the future.
