Great service

The stethoscope I ordered had crooked ear pieces to where they did not fit in my ears correctly and I couldn’t hear well. I called customer service the very next day after receiving my package, and immediately talked to a person and she was very helpful. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because my new stethoscope they made to replace my broken one would not ship until they received the broken one. Although I understand they want to ensure they receive return products before sending two to a person, it was not my fault the scope was broken. It’s delayed me getting my scope, that I paid a pretty penny for and quite a bit of shipping for, going through this whole process for something not my fault. Overall, easy purchase & return, and great customer service. I hope I don’t need a new scope for a while, but will use in the future.
