Edit: Redding Medical reached out to me and we were able to figure it out. They sent me a new stethoscope and the engraving looks wonderful. Matt was apologetic and more than helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend them to friends and likely order from them again! I honestly will not be ordering from Redding Medical again. I ordered the Littmann Classic III stethoscope with engraving on the chest piece. When I received my stethoscope, the engraving looked terrible - uneven with the top of the letters very thin and the bottom of the letters very thick. I attempted to contact them and they basically told me that it was not their fault and all they did was refund me for the price of the engraving. They were rude and were not willing to talk about my experience. I had multiple emails to them that never got a response.
