The product is great exceptional actually. It's the customer service words cant describe. I emailed immediately after placing my order (keeping in mind that at the same time as placing my order I placed a special request on my order) I asked to contact me if it didn't make sense. I was emailed back to ensure they understood. Basically my mother passed away and in her bill book she had written she wanted to purchase my son his starter nursing pack engraving it for him. I thought I would do that and surprise him. But I asked that they ship it with her name and not mine. After 2 separate contacts to ensure this is done correctly so my son would know it came from his grandma , my name is all over the outside of the box and the rcpt on the inside says to ship it to his grandma. Along with my note and explanation. So absolutely frustrated. I just hope he didnt see it.
