Ordering 10 before Christmas. Engraving is same day depending on what time you ordered. I ordered 2 products, neither were on back order at the time I purchased them. When the products were not being processed I sent an email of my concern. I was then told one was back ordered. It’s now being delivered on January 4th. Very disappointed
