I was very impressed with their customer service. The item I ordered was on back order but that wasn't indicated on the order prior to placing it. They were very reassuring that it wouldn't take long and offerd to updrade my shipping so I would get it faster once it came in. I have to admit I was still skeptical. Not only was customer service friendly but it came in on time, and was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Redding Medical!
