I ordered my daughter's initials on the round part that you use to place on the chest or back. I tough her initials would be on the circle part where the "L" is not in tiny letters inside it. You should show a picture if what the name and initials look like on the scope when ordering. Other than that, it is a Christmas present so I don't know how well it works yet.
