My order was shipped sooner than I expected considering that it has engravings. Price is cheaper than other online shops.Both stethoscopes were packed neatly and engravings are correct. Kudos to their Customer Representative Janet for promptly addressing my concern about the courier when I missed delivery, which is actually not their problem any longer. But still made sure my concern was addressed. I would suggest having the same options on engravings for Lightweight II and Classic III. Other than that, I love their service and would recommend it to anyone.
