I like how fast the products came; although, I do feel as though the shipping was a little pricey. In addition, I do not like the color that the tube personalization on the stethoscope was done in. It can barely be visibly seen. I would have liked for it to have a more golden appearance. Lastly, I like the engraving of the name on the metal parts of the stethoscope as well as the knee reflex.Customer service is great! Sharon did an awesome job of helping me to add something to my order that I had forgotten. She also was on top of things with following up with me to receive a photo of my ID to verify my billing address. I appreciated my experience with her.
