We ordered a monogram stethoscope. We looked at the information about engraving double-checked everything ,even looked under a separate tab. When we were typing in the engraving , it was showing up on the sample as a black color. When we received the stethoscope, the tubing engraving was like a light gold/ brownish color. It is almost impossible to see. Also, the engraving on the chest part was also very difficult to read. When we emailed the company to complain, they showed us a "tab" that said ordering a burgundy tube was not recommended for engraving. Didnt ser that when we ordered....obviously! Especially dince the sample wss showing up black in color! The customer service rep asked me to send her a picture of the chest part. Her response back was " engraving does not show up very well on the champagne finish." She did not attach a tab saying that was on the website. Obviously the tube engraving was our fault because we missed that tab, but the chest piece we did not know about the champagne finish. Not happy at all.
