I had never heard of Redding Medical before until my recent purchase. I have to say, the quality of service and care is impeccable. I placed my order and was asked to submit a drivers license as proof of identity. This is something I never heard of before and initially thought the place was a scam (why else would they request my personal information, right?). WRONG! I called Redding Medical's customer service (just to make sure it wasn't a scam after all) and the representative I got on the phone was very professional, calm and thoroughly explained the reason for the drivers license request. They care enough to make sure the orders they receive are legit as well. The next day I received my order as promised. That is AWESOME! I will absolutely, most definitely I will use Redding Medical again.
