This was such an awesome stethoscope, I got it engraved with a name on the tube, for a friend & they accidentally put the name on the bell as well. They called to see if their mess up would be ok, which it definitely was. So she got her name in 2 places with no extra charge. It was shipped out the same day as i placed the order,& I received it within 3 days!! Would definitely recommend for a friend (:
