I purchased a Littmann stethoscope for my BF for completing his masters. My surprise graduation gift was ruined immediately! The package arrived and there was large print 3M’s plastered on the sides of the shipping box. (Any healthcare professional knows what 3M is and stands for). I’m not sure why I even payed the extra now for the gift wrapping. :( I didn’t realize I needed to specify my purchase to be shipped in a standard cardboard box when adding the gift wrapping option. I know it’s not the costumer service reps fault at all. But i took the time with the company about CC verification. Explained I was traveling and what the purchase/gift was for. The rep had my order up and notes could have been added. I just wanted to let the company know details matter!!!! I know my situation was unique, but maybe something to think about for future costumers who add the gift option.
