Customer service was beyond excellent. I somehow managed to order the wrong color stethoscope, and it nearly brought me to tears as I have been saving for quite a while to buy it. It may seem trivial, but beyond personal preference, it was not one of the acceptable colors for the program i'm in. The staff was incredibly sweet about helping me get the tubing exchanged, and the whole process was very efficient. I believe Janet initially spoke to me on the phone, but thanks to all of you!
