This company put the wrong address on my order and then the order got lost. I called them and the customer service rep put me on hold for 7 min to discuss with a coworker, then came back and stated she didn't know what to do, had me talk to her coworker who also told me she is "just a customer service rep" and doesn't know what to do. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she said no maybe they could try to file a claim in 3-5 days because the boss is on vacation. It was very unprofessional and unhelpful. I would recommend hiring customer service representatives who can help come up with solutions and plans rather than answer phones and waste my time without even attempting to address the issue at hand.
