Ordered a stethoscope 8 days ago. Never arrived. Paid for fedex because it was needed for work. Weather problem somewhere resulted in fedex unable to track or project shipment.. Called Reddington to get ANY kind of information whatsoever but spoke to a young lady who sounded as she only cared about answering the next call. Inquired if she could share any information about other recent customer complaints that might indicate if the problem was local to her region or mine. Did not seem to be able to follow that line of thinking. Problem was obviously with fedex so why should she try to do anything?? (Of course we all know fedex communications go to call center with even worse customer service.)That is not the perspective you take to keep a customer.
