It was excellent. In my purchase I included a carrier box for my stethoscope and I forgot to choose what color I'd like. I received an email asking what color would I like and even with my delayed response they got back to me within 2 mins no exaggeration. Usually I'd have trouble getting a quick response but not with Redding medical. Also I made my purchase as a gift for my mother and she absolutely loved the stethoscope and the engraved name. You guys are WONDERFUL!
