Ordered a Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope on a Sunday. I also requested a tube and head personalization. Got a phone call at 8:30AM on Monday to come in and pick the stethoscope up. I absolutely did not expect things to be done this fast. I highly recommend this store (I picked up from Reisterstown, MD but their Hanover location is the main one and should be just as good).
