This review relates purely to the customer service provided by the Redecor game. The game play itself is fine. Recently I had an issue where I experienced a computer glitch (on theirRedecor's end) where inventory I had purchased became unavailable for use. The customer service agent advised it's a known glitch and they were working on it. Days, a week later it became very clear the inventory (only useful for this month) was not coming back and I started asking for them to unlock the inventory or return my coins. This went back and forth. Although always polite they bluntly refused to do so repeating over and over they were working on a known glitch. I asked why I should be penalised since these electronic tokens cost them nothing but me real money to replace. Only once I stated I was posting here and in play store and in frank terms how they were in violation of consumer code of failing to provide a satifatory bought service or product did they comply. I am an ex corporate sales person with a history of closing hard deals. I fear for ordinary players trying to get treated fairly. When they finally did return my coins they were returned with an invoice to the exact coin. Not a coin more. No apology what so ever to acknowledge that not having that inventory directly affected my ability to compete in the game. Not even enough to rebuy the stock as it was no longer on sale on a new stock special. I am a paying player. I have been since I started. I pay monthly plus buy extra to top up inventory. The new owners of this game really don't care at all about player satisfaction. I have emails to verify this review.
