Well, auxiliary battery failed on my hybrid Toyota (3 years old) so called AutoAid ( on app) who dispatched Redhouse to me - 3/4 hour wait which was great compared to RAC and AA. Andy, the technician, checked the battery after jump starting it - only 2% life left in it so offered a replacement £70 incl fitting which I thought was reasonable. Paid by card and an invoice was sent to my email . Couldn’t have asked for better service and a very knowledgeable technician to get me going again Well done AutoAid too as they phoned me twice to see if technician was on site and again when I got home to see if I was happy with the service
