The team were super quick letting me know I’d won, and once I replied the money was in my account not long after.I’ll definitely keep playing when it’s affordable – some of their comps are really low cost which is great.A while back I had an issue where my payment went through twice, but I messaged them and they sorted it straight away with a refund.
