Missed my order, finally sent my steering wheel cover after several weeks of no contact. Recieved the thinnest material known to man, can easily rip it is half with 2 fingers- real leather doesn't do this. Didn't fit at all, spent hours sending pics explaining the issues, blamed me for intallation errors but you could clearly see there was no symmetry from left to right. I even offered to send my original patterns across, just like their website boasts. Refused to refund or rectify, started ignoring my emails completely. All I can say is, thank god for paypal. Not being able to leave negative feedback on their '5 star' website is a huge red flagP.S. they also posted my name and delivery address online, listing me as a 'scammer'
