sell materials that do not fit and deal in bad faith when it comes to return policy/business in general.long waiting times for arrival of products and responses from support not to mention the rude responses you can get and acting out of unprofessionalism.in my case it was a steering wheel material for a S3/A3 8L where the work was carried out by a local professional and the material failed to even remotely fit. provided loads of documentation of the process and previous work by said professional but it was obvious to me that this seller never intended to deal in good faith from the start.
