When trying to book a collection my address did not come up when searching with my postcode; I emailed to query this and was informed to put it in the notes which I duly did.Collection not picked up due to driver not finding my address, when I queried this, via email, they apologised and arranged pick up the following week. If the driver could not find my address this week then how would the driver find it next week 🤔.Collection cancelled and will go with icollect.
