Initially spoke to Matthew who was really helpful and then Jordan who sorted a new policy for me. I had an old critical illness policy from my first mortgage which was increasing in cost each year, now I have critical illness and life insurance in one policy to cover my full salary and latest mortgage costs as well as critical illness cover for my daughter and it’s actually cheaper than what I was paying plus it’s a fixed price so doesn’t increase each year. Couldn’t ask for anything more! They weren’t just trying to get the best commission for themselves because they advised that my husband's policy would have been an increase in price and although it was better cover they said have a think and let us know, they could have tried to hard sell but they just left us to decide and weren’t pushy at all. Jordan put a lot of work in and seemed he was genuinely trying to find us the best possible cover at the best price. Thanks for sorting for me, much appreciated, Sam.
