Phil was honest very helpful . He explained everything so I understood everything. He let me make the decision about taking out insurance not pushy sales pitch . He phones every couple of years to find out if anything has changed and if there is anything he can help me with . If I don't have any questions and I don't won't to talk Phil will ask when would be best time and keep to it . Phil phoned me a couple of mouths a go . I said I was thinking of changing by life insure .Phil went though a couple of options to get to the one that suit me .
