Despite minimal to no improvement, I stayed committed and continued using it.Fast forward to just a week ago, the unit completely stopped working. It turns on for a second and shuts right off—even though it’s fully charged.When I contacted the company, they told me I was just 2.5 weeks outside their 90-day warranty, so they couldn’t do anything—except offer me a discount to buy another unit. Seriously?Why would I invest in a second device when:The first one didn’t produce results, andIt didn’t even last 4 months?This feels like a scam wrapped in sleek marketing. The product doesn’t hold up, and the customer service is far from satisfaction guaranteed.I’m sharing this to help others avoid wasting their money and to push this company to take accountability.
