We are yet to take our cruise but have to say that the booking process has been brilliant with Philip. We are new to Virgin Voyages cruising and he was very helpful with getting us into the most suitable cabin. Communication via the app is speedy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any bookings going forward.
