They call me with the flight that I booked that day I got them. They call me the next day and said we have to change your flight to13 days later or pay 300 dollars more to keep the same flight. I told them they could keep my money.Never will ever use you NEVER. I'm going to post your cheapvuelos on my facebook page, so everyone won't make the same mistake I did. THANK'S FOR NOTHING.
This company is a total scam. Sold me tickets then told me that I would need to pay $350 extra is I wanted to assure that I would not get changed to a different day and I could not take a carry on and I could not do online check in. Then they said they already charged my account and would not refund it. I checked my card account, and they had not charged my account yet, so I locked it. I will never use them
Maddy was extremely helpful in explaining the company's policies and how they use the airline promotional fares to book such great deals. However, once the flight is booked on their site, they still have to check with the airlines to make sure the promotional offer is still available. In my case, I got a call back from Maddy in less than a minute saying that, unfortunately, the airline no longer has this offer available. He gave me other options as well as the option to just cancel the reservation . I chose to cancel the reservation. Adam from the cancellation department was also a pleasure to speak with and he cancelled everything and my card was never charged.
They are engaged in fraudulent practices . They lure you in with unbelievably low prices . Once you buy they call and tell that airline did not issue the ticket and because we have committed to certain conditions with them we are not able to cancel and we have to buy another ticket at a higher price or pay a cancellation fee .
This is a fraudulent practice . Looking to see where I can lodge a complain .
Do not recommend yo anyone . If you have to buy a ticket carefully read the fine print please .
Cheap Vuelos is a scam site. Don't buy tickets from them!
a United flight initially which was ~$255,00per persoon for two round trip from Austin to Losangles. Then after two daysI received a phone call (red flag) telling me that the flight I booked (United) was very restrictive and we should have to pay extra 1300 Dollars to bring a personal bag.After long discussion the scammer suggested booking from Frontier to travel via Denver waiting for 8 hours in the airport then to Losangles instead, which I obliged. Then they sent me a follow-up email and a phone call asking if I approved of the transition. Then they sent me an email saying I will be charged $255, . They then they sent a booking deal ticket with all the right information (flight number and everything) after 2-3 hrs of booking from them and multiple phone calls where I had to call them out on their scam. The way they did everything made me second-guess them and I looked them up and someone mentioned that they are a scam company. I called American airlines that they saied me I have to talk with the company which I bought the ticket..actually our schedule should be today 21.01.2026 we didn’t receive our money 520 Dollan.But I have also read cases where they never send a confirmation letter. So beware if you come across them !.

After booking, I received multiple calls from a representative who insisted that my travel arrangements were not confirmed, stating that one was booked and one was not. He mentioned undisclosed additional charges and insisted on arriving at the airport three hours early. It was incredibly frustrating! Fortunately, all this happened within 24 hours, allowing me to cancel and book directly with the airline. The conversation felt like a maze, with the representative talking in circles and asking me to be quiet so he could continue. After 20 minutes of confusing explanations, I had enough. I strongly advise against using this service!
You’re attracted by an appealing price, but when you reach out, they inform you that the seats are no longer available and you can only purchase a ticket for triple the cost. If you choose not to buy, you forfeit your payment. Additionally, the flights were disorganized, and ultimately, my credit card was billed over $2000 instead of the expected $427. Avoid this service at all costs!
The representatives I interacted with were courteous, but the booking procedure was extremely confusing and difficult to navigate. I need to cancel my reservation as the date I selected was unavailable. Both Winter and Mark were respectful.
I booked a flight from Toronto to Tampa for my family and me, paying in full. The company sent me a confirmation number, but an hour later, a representative called to inform me that I had only paid the taxes and needed to pay additional fees. If I didn’t make the extra payment, I would lose the money I had already paid. This feels like a scam.
