I've never experienced a situation like this during my past 20 years in online shopping.Order (Shoes) has never been delivered, returned to sender due to any reason without any comment or delivery attempt.Okay, might be mistake by logistics company but although package was received by sender, the amount was never refunded.There is no contact possibility except an email contact which never answers to complains we addressed multiple times.
