I have never had such poor customer service. I got absolutely no response. Ignorance at its highest level. I seem to have interacted with bot Anabelle and bot Tomasz. WHEN THE ORDER FINALLY MOVED FROM THE WHEARHOUSE - YOU CANCELED IT! You initiated the refund yourself without any request from me.. You are WORTH BIG 0!!!
