My coach was often off sick so I had different people instead, none of which really helped. My coach rewrote my CV but when a colleague reviewed it she said it was poorly written! I managed to get two part time jobs by myself, no help from reed whatsoever, but they still registered them so they got the commission!! I was given meeting times that didn't really suit me but told I must attend without fail. The only good thing was a voucher for a new outfit for interviews, which apparently I could have got from the job centre anyway! Total waste of time for me...
