She stayed in regular contact and made sure it didn’t become a barrier to moving forward. She always looked for ways to keep me progressing and made sure I had every opportunity possible.She went out of her way to secure training for me, which I’m currently completing. I’m now on a construction course working towards my CSCS card, with a clear pathway into plant machinery qualifications.Whether it’s talking through positive routes into training and employment or keeping me updated on job opportunities, Zoe is always supportive and proactive. She also makes sure I’m doing everything I can to help myself. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better mentor.
