I would 100% recommend reed in partnership, I was a little apprehensive at first but my employment advisor was fantastic I felt listened to about what I would like to achieve, and even felt listened to when I spoke about my personal life, there are so many resources available to help get you into work, I for example completed my level one and level two teaching assistant course this year and there are many other courses available, since being with reed in partnership I was able to get a job as a learning support mentor at a college and to be honest I couldn’t be happier, I know not everyone could have the same experience as me but you never know until you try!
