It was a horrible experience - being on the scheme really dented my confidence and put me back - and I doubt I will recover at my age.Reed was ill-equipped to help me, or understand the problems I had being an older jobseeker. Poor quality course, with out of date information.But t wasn't just that, it was the lies and falsehoods that really got to me.In the end I retired.
