Complete waste of time. Public funds being burned for me to attend appointments and sessions that really cover nothing not already known. Everything could be taken on by DWP and advised in appointments. Because I'm claiming Universal Credit I have to pretend to be a happy nodding dog. This is the impression I received. If you enjoy fake smiley corporate types you will love this place. If you want help starting up in business, look elsewhere. My favourite part was the notice board in the main office which has a list of staff names and a mark (sticker?) used to represent claimants (clients) who have gained employment on their watch. Are staff on this scheme incentivised? Is this why self employment is actively ignored and discouraged? Could well be and I'm looking forward to finding out. Public funds could be much better spent. This companies tax returns speak for themselves.Edit: It should be noted when I requested flexibility with appointments (fortnightly) and sessions to allow me to capitalise on the weather to prep for self employment the answer was that participation is mandatory. I heard this each time I raised a criticism. I won't be making contact to discuss this. Everything I've stated is well known but Reeds is built on people agreeing for an easy life. Terrible experience. Completely fake, as can be evidenced from the generic corporate nonspeak response to this review.
