This was more than terrible experience. The process was constantly delayed. The manager deceived us by claiming that the documents had been sent to the consulate. The documents were not submitted to the authorities on time. As a result, several services specified in the contract including translation assistance and accompaniment at the bank and at the AIMA in Portugal were not provided, although the company promised to compensate the related expenses. However, at a certain point, the company stopped responding, and we never received previously agreed and confirmed compensation.
