I ordered a 15 Pro Max 256 GB at the end of October. Initially, they delayed the delivery by a week, then upgraded me to a 512 GB model. However, upon receiving it, I encountered network issues. After filing a complaint, they replaced it with another device, but it was a 256 GB model instead of the 512 GB I originally ordered. It's been over 10 days, and despite my reminders to the support team, I have yet to receive a response. Very poor service and communication.
