We’ve had our bathroom done just over a year ago now, and was lovely when first done, a few minor issues but the bathroom fitted worked very quickly, i could not fault him, unfortunately 6-12 months on the cracks are starting to show, the fittings aren’t wearing well and are little exposed now and feeling cheap , black paint chipping from the fittings and bits of the shelving are starting to come away, not to mention faulting lights built in the cupboard, we paid £6.8k, and whilst it looked great at first i am not sure it will see 3-5 years. My husband is already having to fit new pipes in the bath as the water won’t stay in. Disappointing really
