I’ve subscribed to their trial offer for one week and after the trial week the company charges the month. After one day and having tried their service, I was really disappointed by the result. I’ve send them an email to cancel the subscription and be sure they won’t charge the month fee. They reply an email saying I have to explain my issue so they can help me. So I rewrite my message and the reason I want to cancel the subscription and again they send me the exact same email.They sent me three emails with the exact same message and nothing about the cancelation of the subscription. So my only way to be sure they won’t charge me, was to block my credit card. This is a violation of the sales law that let the consummer change it’s mind and beeing protected from financial abuse. This compagny: Refinely.io clearly abuses it’s clients.
