I was referred to the service for my upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and feel incredibly lucky to have chosen them. From my first interaction, I felt completely relaxed. The practice manager was exceptional throughout. During my consultation, the surgeon was friendly and highly professional, making me confident in my decision. Undergoing plastic surgery can be daunting, but the surgeon eased my worries and explained the procedure and recovery process. In early December 2025, I had the surgery and felt fully supported by the surgeon and the attending nurse. They even provided refreshments afterward. In the following days, I was checked on by the practice manager, and my stitches were removed a week later. The recovery was just as described - about 7-10 days for the incision to heal and a little longer for swelling and bruising to reduce. I am thrilled with the results. Returning to work after the holidays, many have commented on how well I look, and as the surgeon noted, no one can tell I had anything done.
