The whole experience has been 5 stars. Mr Lambe was recommended to me from a previous patient and after doing my own research, I was happy that he was the right consultant for me. After booking an appointment with Jayne, (who was friendly, lovely and efficient) I met with Mr Lambe, had a relaxed and informative consultation where it was confirmed that he was the right doctor for me. Jayne was on hand to answer any questions and is super friendly. She always answers messages and is easily contactable on the phone. The day of the operation was a smooth and relaxed experience. The nurses were amazing and provided any care needed. I’m now 10 days post op and blown away by the results. I’m so happy I chose to go through with this and delighted that my expectations were met by Mr L.
